Nutrition is fundamentally about health and thus my podcast would not be complete without a brief discussion of basic stress management. So today we deviate a little off topic as I take you through my own "A to M" of stress management, essentially a systematic amalgamation of some of the techniques and strategies I utilise in my own life. You'll never be able to fully contol what life throws at you but what you CAN control is how you deal with the blows. Nutrition is about nourishing the mind as well as the body and these additional strategies will serve to enhance your overall health, wellbeing and flourishing.
