Can we believe the claims in regards to the abundance of centenarians in these regions and are there, in fact, any common diet or lifestyle habits that we can learn from? Are there any other flourishing global regions that are not acknowledged as Blue Zones? It is often said that people in these regions consume a largely plant-based diet, and it is this that sparks longevity? Is this actually true? Let's find out...
