In this shorter podcast I succinctly explain why calorie counting (for weight loss) is a waste of time. The traditional perspective is that obesity results from a mismatch between calories in and calories out. I explain why this is false and misleading and why losing weight is far more complicated than simply being in a "calorie deficit".
